At Burlington Waugh, we offer a variety of service contracts ranging from telephone support to a fully inclusive contract covering repairs and servicing. Contracts are customised to the individual needs of the system in question and preventative maintenance can range from one visit a year to once a month or more.

As suppliers of Helvar, Philips Dynalite and Ex-Or by Honeywell we will often have parts in stock or a speedy route to order.

Burlington Waugh engineers have been trained and certified on the systems they work on, the company is Safe contractor accredited and we work very closely with the manufacturers listed above and our partnership with these companies allows us access to full product support often unavailable elsewhere.
